تأثیر مکمل دهی آب چغندر بر برخی عوامل عملکردی در ورزشکاران: یک مقاله مروری

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: دستیابی به اوج عملکرد در ورزش یک پدیده چند عاملی است که شامل ژنتیک، تغذیه، فیزیولوژی، بیومکانیک و روانشناسی است. امروزه علاوه بر تمرینات ورزشی استفاده از مکمل ها در جهت افزایش عملکرد و بهبود کارایی ورزشکاران، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است . مکمل غذایی آب چغندر (BRJ)، به عنوان منبع طبیعی سرشار از نیترات است که به طور طبیعی در سبزیجات بیافت می شود، وقتی که نیترات مصرف می شود، توسط باکتری های بی هوازی در حفره دهان توسط آنزیم نیترات ردوکتاز و سپس در معده به نیتریک اکساید (NO) تبدیل می شود.NO یک مولکول پیام رسان است که توانایی بهبود عملکرد عروقی، کارایی میتوکندری و تنفس، هموستاز گلوکز و انقباض عضلات را دارا می باشد
هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر مکمل دهی آب چغندر بر برخی از عوامل عملکردی در ورزشکاران است.
روش پژوهش این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر مکمل دهی آب چغندر بر برخی از عوامل عملکردی در ورزشکاران، تعداد 29 عدد مقاله پژوهشی را که از پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر تهیه شده اند را مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار داده و نتیجه گیری می کند.
یافته ها: مطالعه حاضر نشاد داد که مکمل دهی آب چغندر باعث افزایش توان هوازی و بی هوازی، افزایش عملکرد و استقامت عضلانی، افزایش ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی و کاهش درک فشار و کاهش فشار خون و ضربان قلب در ورزشکاران می شود.
نتایج: مصرف مکمل آب چغندر روش مناسبی برای ارتقاء عملکرد ورزشی و دستیابی به سازگاری‌های مثبت تمرینی است.

Introduction: Achieving peak performance in sports is a multifactorial phenomenon that includes genetics, nutrition, physiology, biomechanics and psychology. Nowadays, in addition to sports training, the use of supplements is used to increase the performance and improve the efficiency of athletes. Beetroot juice (BRJ) food supplement, as a natural source rich in nitrates that occurs naturally in vegetables, when nitrates are consumed, they are broken down by anaerobic bacteria in the oral cavity by the enzyme nitrate reductase and then in the stomach to Nitric oxide (NO) is converted. NO is a messenger molecule that has the ability to improve vascular function, mitochondrial and respiratory efficiency, glucose homeostasis and muscle contraction.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beet juice supplementation on some performance factors in athletes.
The research method of this study aims to investigate the effect of beetroot juice supplementation on some performance factors in athletes.
Findings: The present study showed that beetroot juice supplementation increases aerobic and anaerobic capacity, increases muscle performance and endurance, increases antioxidant capacity, reduces pressure perception, and lowers blood pressure and heart rate in athletes.
Results: Consuming beetroot juice supplement is a good way to improve sports performance and achieve positive training adaptations.
