[English]

Aims: The purpose of this research is The effect of a course of endurance training with berberine supplementation on the lipid profile of obese rats.

Methods: Number of 40 fat 6-month-old rats with an average weight of 320-380 gr were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 (control, endurance exercise, berberine supplement and exercise-berberine). The exercise-supplement and endurance exercise groups trained 5 times a week for 6 weeks. The supplement and exercise-supplement groups were also given 5 servings of berberine supplement per kilogram of body weight 5 times a week. It was gavage. 24 hours after the last training session, the subjects were fasted, anesthetized, and blood was drawn from the rats. method was used. Analysis and analysis of data was done using spss software version 26 and at the level of significance (P≥0.05).

Results: The results of the research showed that a course of endurance training and berberine supplementation had a significant effect on all lipid profiles of obese rats. It didn't happen.

Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, it seems that the simultaneous use of endurance training and berberine supplement can be considered as a solution to improve lipid profile indicators in obese people.
