اثر مصرف شیر پس از تمرینات مقاومتی بر اشتها و انرژی دریافتی در زنان غیرورزشکار

چکیده

هدف: مقدار کاهش وزن ناشی از ورزش به اثر فعالیت ورزشی بر میزان غذای دریافتی نیز بستگی دارد؛ شیر، غذایی مناسب و متداول پس از ورزش محسوب می شود؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر مصرف شیر پس از تمرین مقاومتی (RT)، بر اشتها و انرژی دریافتی در زنان غیرورزشکار انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع نیمه‌تجربی بود که به‌صورت متقاطع متعادل انجام شد. آزمودنی‌ها 10 زن سالم غیرورزشکار با دامنه سنی 20 تا30 سال و شاخص توده‌ی بدنی (BMI) 20 تا 25 بودند که در دو روز متفاوت، یک بار400 میلی‌لیتر شیر و یک بار 400 میلی‌لیتر آب‌پرتقال (هم‌کالری شده) را با فاصله‌ی 1 هفته پس از تمرین مقاومتی مصرف کردند. آزمودنی‌ها در هشت نوبت پرسش‌نامه‌ی اشتها را پر کردند و کالری دریافتی در روز تمرین و 24 ساعت بعد از آن اندازه‌گیری شد.

یافته‌ها: از آزمون آماری t همبسته برای بررسی داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که انرژی دریافتی و اشتها پس از مصرف شیر نسبت به آب‌پرتقال در وعده‌ی ناهار پس از تمرین مقاومتی به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت (P≤0/05)؛ همچنین میزان کالری دریافتی در 24 ساعت پس از ورزش، به‌طور معنی‌داری کمتر از آب‌پرتقال بود (P≤0/05).

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد که شیر می‌تواند ماده‌ی مغذی مفیدی برای کنترل اشتها و انرژی دریافتی پس از ورزش مقاومتی و همچنین بخشی از راه‌کارهای برنامه‌های کنترل وزن باشد.

Aims: The amount of weight loss caused by exercise also depends on the effect of exercise on the amount of food received. Milk is a suitable and common food after exercise. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of milk consumption after resistance training (RT) on appetite and energy intake in non-athlete women.

Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental which was performed in a balanced cross-section. Subjects were 10 healthy non-athlete women with an average age of 20 to 30 years and BMI 20 to 25 who consumed 400 ml of milk and 400 ml of orange juice (co-calorie) once on 2 different days 1 week after resistance training. Subjects filled in the appetite questionnaire 8 times and calorie intake was measured on the day of exercise and 24 hours after.

Results: Correlated t-test was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that energy intake and appetite decreased significantly after consuming milk compared to orange juice during lunch after resistance training (p<0/05). Also, calorie intake in 24 hours after exercise was significantly lower than orange juice (P≤0.05).

Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that milk can be a useful nutrient to control appetite and energy intake after resistance exercise and also part of the strategies of weight control programs.
