تأثیر مصرف مکمل آویشن به همراه قرار گرفتن در اتاقک هایپوکسی بر شاخص‌های گلایسمیک در موش های صحرایی مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو

چکیده

هدف: هایپوکسی مزمن بیماری های مربوط به چاقی را می تواند کنترل کند از طرفی آویشن، با توجه به خواص آنتی اکسیدان اش می تواند فعالیت آنزیم های اکسیداتیو میتوکندری را بالا ببرد و بر شاخص های دیابتی اثر بگذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر قرار گرفتن در هایپوکسی مزمن بهمراه مکمل یاری آویشن ، بر شاخص‌های دیابتی موش‌های صحرایی دیابتی نوع دو می باشد.

روش شناسی: در این تحقیق موش‌های صحرایی به طور تصادفی به 5 گروه 8 تایی تقسیم‌بندی شدند: گروه اول کنترل سالم (NC) گروه دوم دیابتی(D)، گروه سوم دیابتی+آویشن(D+Th) گروه چهارم دیابتی+ارتفاع متناوب (هیپوکسی مزمن) (D+Al) گروه پنجم ترکیب دیابتی،آویشن+ارتفاع (Al+D+Th) بودند. سپس شاخص‌های دیابتی، خونی در خون محیطی رت‌ها و با روش الایزا اندازه گیری گردید.

یافته‌ها: پس از 8 هفته، میزان گلوکز ناشتا در گروه آویشن دیابتی 35/52 ±261/25، در گروه هایپوکسی دیابتی 24/52 ±243/25 و در گروه ترکیبی 21/6 ±229/66 می‌باشد که تحلیل نتایج آزمون آنوا نشان می دهد که در هر سه گروه میزان گلوکز ناشتا پس از 8 هفته کاهش معنی داری داشته است ولی در گروه ترکیب مکمل یاری آویشن و هایپوکسی بیشترین کاهش معنی دار را داشته است (0.05>p). شاخص حساسیت انسولینی و انسولین ناشتا در گروه ترکیبی نیز افزایش معنی داری نسیت به گروه کنترل دیابتی داشته است در حالی که هایپوکسی و آویشن بتنهایی اثر معنی داری نداشته است.

نتیجه‌گیری: به‌ نظر می‌رسد که ترکیب مکمل یاری آویشن و هایپوکسی ضمن کاهش مقاومت انسولینی در بهبود شاخص های دیابتی تأثیر بیشتری دارد.

Aims: chronic hypoxia can control obesity-related diseases on the side of Thyme, due to its antioxidant properties due to phenyl compounds can increase the activity of mitochondrial oxidative enzymes and affect diabetic indicators. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to examine the impact of chronic hypoxia in supplementary Thymus, on diabetic indicators of type 2 diabetics in Rats.

Methods: In this study, Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups of 8: the first healthy control group (NC), the second diabetes group (D), the third diabetes + Thyme (D+Th), the fourth diabetes + chronic hypoxia (D + Al) and the fifth diabetes combination group (Al + D + Th).
Results: After 8 weeks, the glucose levels were 261.25±35.52 in the diabetic thyme group, 243.25±24.52 in the diabetes mellitus group, and 229.66±21.10 in the combination group, which analyzed the results of the ANOVA test showed that in the three groups, the level of ANOVA was significantly reduced after 8 weeks but had the most significant decrease in the thyme supplementation and hypoxia group (p<0.05). The insulin and insulin sensitivity index in the combined group also increased significantly in the diabetic control group, while hypoxia and Thyme did not have a significant effect.

Conclusion: it seems that the combination of Thyme supplementary and hypoxia contributes to the reduction of insulin resistance in improving diabetes indicators.
