اثر مکمل سازی مکمل کراتین بر فاکتور‌های مرتبط با شاخص‌های ریختی، سرعتی-قدرتی، چابکی و توان بی‌هوازی زنان فوتسالیست

چکیده

هدف: مکمل کراتین به‌طور گسترده‌ای توسط ورزشکاران برای بهبود آمادگی جسمانی و عملکرد ورزشی استفاده می‌شود، لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مکمل کراتین بر عوامل ریختی و عملکرد زنان فوتسالیست بود.

روش شناسی: بدین منظور ۲۰ زن فوتسالیست (سن: 1.2± 21.7 سال، قد: 0.05 ±1.60 متر، وزن: 1.25± 59.23 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدن: 0.11 ± 23.40 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۰ نفری گروه مکمل کراتین (روزانه ۲۰ گرم مکمل کراتین به‌صورت ۴ وعده ۵ گرمی به مدت دو هفته) و یک گروه دارونما ) روزانه مصرف ۲۰ گرم ماتودکسترین (دارونما) قرار گرفتند. اندازه‌گیری‌ قد، وزن، شاخص توده بدن و عملکرد سرعتی، چابکی، قدرت پا و آزمون توان بی‌هوازی در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون انجام شد.

نتایج: نتایج آزمون تی زوجی کاهش معناداری در رکورد سرعت (0.019 p=) و چابکی (0.01p= ) و افزایش معناداری در قدرت پا (0.01p=) وتوان بی‌هوازی (0.01p=) را در گروه مکمل کراتین نسبت به پیش‌آزمون نشان داد اما تفاوت معناداری در وزن و شاخص توده بدن در هردو گروه‌ در پس‌آزمون نسبت به پیش‌آزمون مشاهده نگردید. همچنین نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که در گروه مکمل کراتین، رکورد سرعت (0.011p= ) و چابکی (0.001p=) به‌طور معناداری کمتر و قدرت پا (0.001p=) و توان بی‌هوازی (001/0p=) به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه دارونما در پس‌آزمون بود.

نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مصرف دو هفته مکمل کراتین احتمالاً می‌تواند سبب افزایش عملکرد جسمانی زنان فوتسالیست گردد، اما تأثیری بر وزن و شاخص توده بدن آن‌ها ندارد.

Aims: Creatine supplementation is widely used by athletes to improve physical fitness and sports performance, so the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of creatine supplementation on the physical factors and performance of female futsal players.

Methods: For this purpose, 20 female futsal players (age: 21.7 ± 1.2 years, height: 1.60 ± 0.05 m, weight: 59.23 ± 1.25 kg, and body mass index: 23.40 ± 0.11 kg/m2) were randomly divided into two groups of 10 people in the creatine supplement group. (daily 20 grams of creatine supplement in the form of 4 servings of 5 grams for two weeks) and a placebo group (daily consumption of 20 grams of matodextrin (placebo). Height, weight, body mass index and speed performance, agility, leg strength and anaerobic power test were done in pre-test and post-test.

Results: The results of the paired t-test showed a significant decrease in speed (p=0.019) and agility (p=0.01) and a significant increase in leg strength (p=0.01) and anaerobic capacity (p=0.01) in the creatine supplement group compared to The pre-test showed. Also, the results of the independent t test showed that in the creatine supplement group, the speed record (p=0.011) and agility (p=0.001) were significantly lower, and leg strength (p=0.001) and anaerobic power (p=0.001) were significantly lower.

Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that taking creatine supplement for two weeks can probably increase the physical performance of female futsalists.
