اثر ترکیبی تمرین قدرتی و رژیم غذایی کم کربوهیدرات بر توده چربی بدن در افراد بزرگسال: یک مرور نظام مند و فراتحلیل

چکیده

 هدف: ترکیب تمرین قدرتی با رویکردهای تغذیه­ای به عنوان یک استراتژی موثر برای کاهش وزن بدن و توده چربی بدن شناخته شده است. هدف فراتحلیل حاضر بررسی اثر ترکیبی تمرین قدرتی و رژیم غذایی کم کربوهیدرات بر توده چربی بدن در افراد بزرگسال است.
 
روش کار: جستجوی جامع در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی ، SCOPUS، WOS، PUBMED، MAGIRAN و مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (SID) بدون محدود کردن سال انتشار تا سپتامبر 2023 انجام شد. در این فراتحلیل بررسی اثر ترکیبی تمرین قدرتی و رژیم غذایی کم کربوهیدرات بر توده چربی بدن در افراد بزرگسال انجام شد. برای محاسبه اندازه اثر از WMD و فاصله اطمینان 95 % با استفاده از مدل اثر تصادفی استفاده شد. برای بررسی سوگیری انتشار از تفسیر بصری فونل پلات (نمودار قیفی) استفاده شد.
 
یافته‌ها: درمجموع، 15 مطالعه با 390 بزرگسال وارد فراتحلیل حاضر شدند. نتایج نشان داد تمرین قدرتی و رژیم کم کربوهیدرات سبب کاهش معنا‌دار توده چربی بدن با اندازه اثر بزرگ[0/03=p ،(1/89- الی 0/05-) 0/97-=WMD] نسبت به گروه کنترل در بزرگسالان شد. نتایج تحلیل زیرگروهی براساس وضعیت فعال بودن آزمودنی­ها نشان داد که تمرین مقاومتی و رژیم کم کربوهیدرات برای آزمودنی­های غیرورزشکار  [0/05=WMD=-0/88 ،P] منجر به کاهش معنادار توده چربی بدن در بزرگسالان نشد، اما برای آزمودنی­های ورزشکار [0/05=WMD=-0/98 ،P] نزدیک معناداری بود.
 
نتیجهگیری: نتایج فراتحلیل حاضر نشان می­دهد که رژیم غذایی کم کربوهیدرات در مقایسه با رژیم غذایی استاندارد اثر مفیدی بر کاهش توده چربی بدن در افرادی که تمرین قدرتی انجام می­دهند، دارد.

The Combined Impact of Strength Exercise and Low-Carbohydrate Diet on Body Fat Mass in Adults: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Aims: The integration of strength training and dietary strategies is recognized as a potent method to decrease body weight and body fat mass. This meta-analysis aims to explore the combined effect of strength training and a low-carbohydrate diet on reducing body fat mass in adults.

Methods: We conducted a comprehensive search of the Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Magiran, and SID databases with no publication year restrictions up until September 2023. This meta-analysis evaluated the combined influence of strength training and a low-carbohydrate diet on body fat mass in adults. The weighted mean difference (WMD) and 95% confidence interval were calculated using a random effects model to determine the effect size. Publication bias was assessed through visual interpretation of a funnel plot.

Results: A total of 15 studies, involving 390 adult participants, were included in this meta-analysis. The results indicated that strength training combined with a low-carbohydrate diet significantly reduced body fat mass with a large effect size in adults compared to the control group (p=0.03, WMD=-0.97 (-1.89 to -0.05)). The results of subgroup analysis based on the subjects' active status showed that resistance training and low-carbohydrate diet for non-athletes (p=0.5, WMD=-0.88) did not lead to a significant reduction in body fat mass in adults, but for athlete subjects (p=0.05, WMD=-0.98) was close to significance.

Conclusion: According to the findings of this meta-analysis, a low-carbohydrate diet, in comparison to a standard diet, has a beneficial impact on reducing body fat mass in individuals who partake in strength training.
