تأثیر مصرف کوتاه مدت مکمل تورین بر قدرت عضلانی و پاسخ شاخص های آسیب عضلانی و hs-CRP با یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی شدید در مردان تمرین کرده مقاومتی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف:هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر مصرف کوتاه مدت مکمل تورین بر قدرت عضلانی و پاسخ شاخص های آسیب عضلانی و hs-CRP با یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی شدید در مردان تمرین کرده مقاومتی بود.
مواد و روش ها :20 مرد تمرین کرده مقاومتی(سن: 33/3 ± 60/25 سال و شاخص توده بدن: 36/1 ± 75/25 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع)به‌صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شده و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه مکمل تورین و دارونما تقسیم شدند. نمونه‌های خونی اول و دوم، به‌ترتیب قبل و بعد از اجرای نخستین جلسه HIRE جمع‌آوری شد. سپس، آزمودنی‌ها به مدت 2 هفته روزانه 3 عدد کپسول 1000 میلی‌گرمی مکمل یا دارونما را میل کرده و تمرینات معمول خود را که حجم و شدت آن بین دو گروه مشابه بود دنبال کردند. تغییرات درون‌گروهی با استفاده از آزمون t وابسته و تغییرات فاکتورهای خونی با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شد. همچنین، تفاوت‌های بین‌گروهی با آزمون t مستقل بررسی شد.
نتایج:یافته ها نشان داد مقادیرCKپیش از مکمل‌یاریو پس از مکمل‌یاری،LDH پیش از مکمل‌یاری و پس از مکمل‌یاری از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود. تغییرات پلاسمایی hs-CRP قبل و بعد از مکمل‌یاری از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود. همچنین، در هیچکدام از متغیرهای اندازه‌گیری شده تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه دیده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد 2 هفته مصرف تورین ، تأثیر معنی‌داری بر قدرت بیشینه عضلات بالاتنه و پایین‌تنه و همچنین، پاسخ hs-CRP و آنزیم‌های CK و LDH مردان تمرین کرده مقاومتی متعاقب یک جلسه HIRE ندارد.

چکیده [English]

Background and purpose:The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of short-term use of taurine supplementation on muscle strength and response of muscle injury indices and hs-CRP with one session of intense resistance activity in resistance training men.
Materials and Methods:20 resistance training men (age: 25.60 33 3.33 years and body mass index: 25.75 36 1.36 kg / m2) were selected as the available sample and randomly divided into two complementary groups of taurine and placebo. Were. The first and second blood samples were collected before and after the first HIRE session, respectively. Subjects then took 3 1000 mg capsules of supplement or placebo daily for 2 weeks and followed their usual exercises, the volume and intensity of which were similar between the two groups. Intragroup changes were analyzed using dependent t-test and changes in blood factors were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test. Also, intergroup differences were examined by independent t-test.
Results:Findings showed that CK values before supplementation and after supplementation, LDH before supplementation and after supplementation were statistically significant. Plasma changes in hs-CRP before and after supplementation were not statistically significant. Also, no significant difference was seen between the two groups in any of the measured variables.
Conclusion: 2 weeks of taurine intake appears to have a significant effect on maximal strength of upper and lower torso muscles as well as hs-CRP response and CK and LDH enzymes of trained men with no resistance following a HIRE session.
